CHECK - IN & CHECK - OUT TIME

Check - In time 10 A.M. and Check - Out time 9:00 AM.
Early Check - In or Late Check - Out are subject to availability.
Early Check - In or Late Check - Out will be charged per nights room rate.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Cash, Credit /Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI, Amazon Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, Google Pay, Mobikwik, Net Banking and Razorpay.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre - specified Cut - off date after which the same
will be released.
Bookings are confirmed on 50% payment in advance.
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Govt. Taxes as applicable would be charged over and above the room rates /meals etc.

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

Maximum 3 (three) adults allowed in Standard AC & Non AC Rooms with an extra mattress which is chargeable extra.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund or cancellation during Holi, Janmasthami, Durga Puja, Raas Purnima, Xmas and New Year.
No refunds for unused nights or early Check - Out.
The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climate changes.
In case of payment through an International bank account, then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation fees of 0% are charged if cancelled before 30 days or more of check - in.
Cancellation fees of 25% are charged if cancelled between 30 to 16 days before check - in.
Cancellation fees of 50% are charged if cancelled between 15 to 08 days before check - in.
Cancellation fees of 75% are charged if cancelled between 07 to 04 days before check - in.
Cancellation fees of 100% are charged if cancelled 03 days or less before check - in.

CHILD POLICY

Infants & children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary without extra mattress.
Children between the age of 5 to 12 years are charged INR 160/- per night per child without extra mattress inclusive of breakfast. If extra mattress is taken then extra chargeable.
Children, age of 12 years are charged as per extra adult rates INR 500/- per night per child with extra mattress inclusive of breakfast

INTERNET AND PARKING

Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free Parking is allowed at the Hotel premises on first come first basis. Parking is available on
the street outside the premises at the risk and cost of the owner.

The Hotel is located in a fully sanctified area with totally spiritual atmosphere and expects
visitors to maintain its decorum.
Drinking Alcohol, Smoking, Chewing Tobacco, Pan etc. are forbidden inside or outside the rooms.
Playing cards, gambling or playing any mundane music or songs loudly, making noise etc. are not allowed within the hotel.
Married couples must have marriage registration certificate or legally matching ID's with
them to avail accommodation. Illicit and/or obscene mixing among boys, girls or men &
women not allowed within the hotel.
Visitors must carry a valid photo ID - Passport, Driving License, Voter Id, Aadhar Card
without which their booking stands invalid and they would not be allowed to check in.
Throwing waste inside or outside the rooms or Varandah is forbidden.

No pets are allowed inside the hotel.
Unmarried couples are allowed accommodations inside the hotel.
Single person needs to do proper verification at the reception to avail accommodation. If he/she fails to do so or generate suspicion of any kind, then accommodation can be denied.
Refunds of the cancelled bookings will be done only as per the cancellation policy mentioned.
